FINDING BALANCE IN FELDENKRAIS
A workshop to help you improve your balance and freedom of movement through the Feldenkrais Method of neuro-muscular reeducation.
In this workshop we'll use mindful movement to address the balance issues that start to encroach from mid-life. We'll explore movements which help gently reset optimal movement of the ankles and neck- home to our balance receptors. We'll playfully find ways to let go of unhelpful holding patterns of tension that interfere with our freedom to move with strength and ease.
