The Bodeswell AcademyTM Classical Pilates Matwork 

These training days are designed for those already qualified in teaching Mat Based Pilates at Level 3 who would like to have a deeper understanding of the traditional work, or those who have studied online and wish to pick up the intimate and practical methods of teaching and understanding how to develop their clients, give their clients more effective classes, using techniques such as hands on, cueing for group teaching, terminology and learning the finer details of the exercises to keep clients coming back for more. There is nothing better than face to face learning when doing Pilates Teacher Training.

2 Day Workshop  

• practical applications for teaching the Classical Matwork exercises from Beginner to Advanced Levels.
• a deeper understanding of the original work created by Joseph Pilates.
• how to programme your class to suit the client in front of you.
• relevant anatomy knowledge to understand the purpose of the exercise.
• Classical Pilates terminology 
• the knowledge of how to develop your client beyond what is currently possible, to have them coming back to your class time and time again.

Prerequisites

• a Level 3 Certificate (in person or online) for studying Pilates Matwork from any other training body,

• 2 days consisting of 8 hours a day - 16 hours
• a Bodeswell AcademyTM manual for taking notes
• observation and feedback of teaching practice

• £400 - book and pay for the 'Reformer and System Foundation' at the same time and a small discount applies.
