Course Content

Module 1 - This is devised at a Level 3 Standard

The Bodeswell Comprehensive Classical Matwork Programme- Intensive or Regular.

Covering Beginner to Advanced Matwork in an Authentic PilatesMethod of Teaching.

80 hours of Tuition - 110 hours of home study

 

Module 2 - The Bodeswell Pilates Method Foundations

Studio Equipment, including Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels, Magic Circle, Pedi Pole, Pre and Post Natal and Weights Series at Rehabilitation and Beginner Level.

Pilates Anatomy covering Morphologies, Injuries and Pathologies.

40 hours of Tuition - 160 hours of home study

 

Module 3 - The Bodeswell Pilates Method Comprehensive Award

Studio Equipment, including Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels, Magic Circle, Pedi Pole, Pre and Post Natal and Weights Series

Beginner to Advanced Level. Recapping Beginner in order to Rehabilitate and learn adaptabilities.

80 hours of Tuition - 220 hours of home study

Manuals (books not included)

First Exam fee on each section. 

Pre booked studio practice time.

Learner support whilst training and beyond.

 

*All successful applications are to be secured with a £500 deposit.
